US District Court – Eastern MO Extends Existing COVID Case Operations Procedures Until March 3, 2022
Today the Court extended its current Order which allows for remote proceedings and extends the Court’s Speedy Trial Act waiver, as necessary to limit the number of in-person proceedings and jury trials.
