The position of Paralegal to United States Magistrate Judge Abbie Crites Leoni will begin June 1, 2026, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This is a full-time, in office position.
The Paralegal is a staff member in the Judge’s chambers. The successful candidate will be professional, organized, proficient in writing and editing, have a pleasant and positive attitude and the ability to act as the institutional memory of a small office with a staff of law clerks and will possess the initiative to ensure smooth-running operations in the Judge’s chambers.

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri is seeking a law clerk to work for three active district judges: the Honorable Henry Autrey, the Honorable Sarah Pitlyk, and the Honorable Matthew Schelp. The position is full-time but short-term. It could start as soon as December 1, 2025. The end date will be September 30, 2026. The law clerk will provide legal research, drafting, and case management support to all three judges in relation to district court cases of all kinds.
