At 9:30 am today, July 25, 2025, Zachary M. Bluestone was sworn in by Chief Judge Stephen R. Clark as the Eastern District’s sixth active United States District Judge. Judge Bluestone served in a variety of roles in the public sector, serving as the Deputy Solicitor General in the Missouri Attorney General’s Office and most recently as an Assistant United States Attorney since 2020.
