At 11:00 am today, July 25, 2025, Joshua M. Divine was sworn in by Chief Judge Stephen R. Clark as the Eastern District’s seventh active United States District Judge. Judge Divine served in a variety of roles in the public sector, serving as Deputy Solicitor General in the Missouri Attorney General’s Office and most recently as the Solicitor General for the State of Missouri since 2023.
