The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri is soliciting proposals to provide treatment services in the following areas:
0865-21-c51D Substance Abuse Treatment & Drug Testing Collection for Franklin County (see DOL wage determination under attachments)
0865-21-c52D Substance Abuse Treatment & Substance Abuse Treatment & Drug Testing Collection for Pemiscot and Dunklin Counties (see DOL wage determination under attachments)
0865-21-c53S Sex Offender Treatment for Cape Girardeau County
Interested vendors must respond on time, and clearly show: (1) they can provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, (2) such services will be provided by a professional meeting the criteria required, (3) they can provide all services, including local services, as identified in Section B of the RFP, and (4) prices of such treatment shall be as low or lower than those charged the vendor’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions.
Interested treatment providers should submit a letter of interest to Nicole Vernier-Gelven at Nicole_Vernier-Gelven@moep.uscourts.gov or via mail to the U.S. Probation Office, 111 S. 10th Street, Suite 2.325, St. Louis, Missouri 63102. Interested providers will receive e-mail notification when the Request for Proposals (RFP) have been posted to this website, generally on or about June 15, 2020. If the RFP is not posted by this date, please frequently check the web page for the posting.
